David Kling is a musician and music educator who lives and teaches in Southeastern Indiana. He holds music education degrees from both the University of Cincinnati and Ball State University as well as a Secondary School Administration degree from Xavier University. Since retiring from public school education, Mr. Kling has continued his teaching through private music lessons where he has developed a unique music curriculum created to stimulate and inspire the individual student. Included in his curriculum are numerous original songs and exercises as well as a hands-on approach to feeling and understanding musical rhythms. Mr. Kling’s “Holiday Songs” are an example of his work that gives students the opportunity to learn and progress while playing, singing and having fun through music.
